Teesside Link are a courier and TV/Satellite installation company based in Teesside, but serving the North East. Having managed each of the courier and installation jobs manually using a paper based diary for many years, Teesside Link decided to streamline their process and needed a system to manage their schedule on a daily basis.
With no systems available to procure to match their requirements Teesside Link appointed Way Fresh to build a bespoke system for them. Working closely with Teesside Link, we planned, developed and delivered a system that was perfect to the workflow of Teesside Link. The system allows clients to book their own jobs, Teesside Link Admin to schedule and allocate these jobs and then for Teesside Link's drivers to update the client when jobs have been complete.
Add on top of this automatic invoices and reports and Teesside Link have found themselves with a perfect streamlined solution.
