Fancy a luxury break in the seclusion of your own swanky apartment, but still have the convenience of a hotel? Kensington ApartHotel offer this and more and are our latest website build.

Kensington ApartHotel offer high quality apartments for the executive and families, however they struggled to take many online bookings as their current website wasn't up to the job. The website was looking quite old, had small sized photography, little information and didn't match the flair and quality of the apartments. Add on top of that a booking system that was difficult to use for both the client and customers and it's a recipe for disaster.

Gillian Hall, the General Manager at Kensington was feeling the situation. She quoted:

"After a disastrous start and many wasted months with an other company, also being IT challenged, I was at my wits end to get my website sorted."

Fortunately Gillian put out the Bat Signal and Way Fresh turned up in a jiffy to help out. (I'm Batman, Steve is definitely Robin!)

Now Kensington have a lovely website that matches the high quality of their company and apartments.

Gillian then went on to say:

"I was given Way Fresh's number and what a breath of fresh air. I handed all my information to Simon and Steve, discussed exactly what I wanted and left them to it. In a couple of weeks they had it all sorted and a few emails and phone calls and that was it. Their easy going professional manner made working with them stress free and fun."

So what did we do? Well the first thing we decided was to introduce lots of images. As they say "a picture speaks a thousand words" and people looking to stay there prefer to see lots of photos of the rooms rather than read reams of text. So we purposely kept the text to a minimum.

The next task was to tackle the booking system. The original system was an external application that appeared on a different page in a different design and was very clunky for both Kensington to update and the customer to book. So that was immediately binned and we created a bespoke system that was easy to manage and integrated perfectly into the site allowing the customers to book with ease.

All bookings were then stored in a customer administration area where Kensington could review the booking and confirm with the client.

Kensington's administration system allows them to easily add all their room allocations in and quickly change tariffs for any special offers. The system allows them to easily manage bookings, special offers, testimonials and what's on information without the need for any design expertise.
